During astronaut Dr. Ed Mitchell’s space travel to and from the moon thirty years ago he had life changing personal realization of the interconnected, undivided nature of the universe. He founded the Institute of Noetic Science to deeply explore this insight and the promise it holds for mankind. He directed the institute toward the Noetic sciences to explore the "inner cosmos" of the mind (consciousness, soul, spirit) and how it relates to the "outer cosmos" of the physical world.

Jim is the Founder of the Board of Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate and Intentional Chocolate. Considered the father of modern chocolate, he started reinventing chocolate in 1982. The New York Times has called it “among the best chocolate in the world.” The Dalai Lama’s first bite of chocolate was Hawaiian Vintage, Bill Gates insisted upon it for his wedding, and it has been given by President Clinton as a gift of honor to the Royal Family of Japan. Walsh’s involvements are dedicated to the single objective of creating products that nourish both body and spirit to improve the quality of life for all beings.
Ashley Walsh is the Vice President of Marketing for Intentional Chocolate™. At 7 years old, her father introduced her to the first chocolate ever grown in the USA – Hawaiian Vintage Chocolate. Since that time, chocolate has been an integral part of Ashley’s life; she began working for her father’s company at the age of 15. She graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Claremont Colleges. Ashley also runs her own production company, a-okaymediagroup.com. Her pursuit is one of bringing levity and love to the world through entertainment and chocolate.
